BZD operates its own granite (hereafter referred to as granite) platform manufacturing facility. As the preferred choice for industrial equipment bases, granite platforms are essential for linear drive systems. Our factory is strategically located in Huizhou, near Shenzhen, offering convenient transportation.
The craftsmen at our factory come from Qingdao Qianshao, a large state-owned enterprise under the China Aerospace Corporation, with over 20 years of experience in granite production and processing. They are proficient in advanced manufacturing techniques and have extensive experience in large-scale assembly projects, including the torque rod for China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC), the matrix measuring instrument for the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the simulation vehicle for Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
The positioning accuracy and resolution of precision and ultra-precision motion platforms are typically at the sub-micron level, making the impact of the working environment critical. Temperature fluctuations directly affect positioning accuracy, external vibrations impact system stability, and changes in environmental temperature and humidity influence sensor precision.
To ensure that high-quality precision equipment is produced more quickly, accurately, and with fewer errors and malfunctions, BZD Robotics has established the BZD South China Assembly Base.
High-Standard Temperature and Humidity-Controlled Workshops
- Typical temperature fluctuations are controlled within 20 ± 0.1°C, and humidity is maintained at 50% ± 5%.
- For platforms requiring higher precision, temperature changes are kept within 20 ± 0.1°C.
- To minimize temperature variations, multi-stage temperature-controlled nested workshops are used, ensuring the precision of the delivered platforms.
